Amber Beckford's family deactivated the Love Island star's Twitter as she was voted out the show, after being 'sickened' by some of the things written about her.
Amber, 24, was a firm favourite with fans after the first episode of the new series, but then faded into the background slightly as the likes of Gemma Owen and Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu stole the lion's share of the screen time. In her final few days in the Love Island villa, viewers saw Amber struggle to get to grips with her feelings for Dami, who the public paired her with on day one and also clash with Ekin-Su in a 'game playing' row.
Amber's time on the ITV2 show came to an end after she and Ikenna finished bottom of a viewer vote on the favourite boy and girl in the villa. Her exit came as a huge shock to her fellow Islanders, with some of the other girls particularly upset about her leaving.
