Love Island Rachel Finni hits out at ex islanders over 'bullying and humiliating' Insta live

Love Island alumni Rachel Finni has claimed she is still being bullied by ex islanders a year after she went on the show.

The 29-year-old former luxury travel specialist - who had a brief stint on the 2021 series as a bombshell - has been very outspoken about her experience on the TV show since she left.

In April, Rachel even alleged "every aspect of the show is controlled" by bosses, including who wins.

Rachel's time on the villa was up after she was left without a partner following a re-coupling.

Since then, she has quit fame and bagged herself a job as a group and sales executive at a London hotel.

However Rachel has erupted on social media after she claims she is being bullied by Brad McClelland, Jake Cornish, Tyler Cruickshank and Aaron Francis.

The four boys appeared in an Instagram Live last night, where they discussed bombshells.

Brad stated that Rachel was one of the bombshells and the boys all started laughing.

They also read out a comment from a fan which read: "Rachel definitely wasn't a bombshell" as the four allegedly laughed.

Brad also said he "wasn't into her" and suggested he was "using" her to stay in the villa.

She posted on her Instagram Story last night: "Not the 4 f***boys of my series bringing little irrelevant me up...

"Not surprised on the context which I was brought up. Half think Beyonce is the only black woman in this world whilst the other half act like they don't even have black women in their family."

Rachel added: "The lack of interest and respect is evident. Don't continue to highlight it. You only make yourselves look worse than you do."

In a further rant, Rachel said she now "regrets" going on the show.

The star said she saw the experience as a "blessing" despite everything that had happened - referring to her experience as a black woman on the series - until the boys made comments about her on Instagram.

She continued: "Despite EVERYTHING that happened till now, I still saw the experience as a blessing. No matter how awful and manipulated it was I just took it as part of the experience as it lead me to amazing things.

"But for it to be TODAYYYY and I have actual nobodies mimicking me and discussing me publicly like a joke. I am FULLY over it and regret going on the show.

"Why is this deserving of going on a TV show?

"How do these actual idiots think it's ok to publicly discuss me like that?

"And not just today. Multiple, multiple and multiple times over.

"TODAY a year later and I'm still being bullied/taunted openly for all to see.

"Honestly, if there's a statement stronger than 'f**k you' understand it and receive it. I'm done."

Rounding off her post, Rachel continued: "I don't want an apology. It won't be authentic. TRUE feelings have already been put out there.

"You can't apologise when you don't mean it. You can't apologise when you do not care about a person or respect a person.

"They all protected themselves by turning off comments before reaching out to apologise. That it says it all.

"There's interviews, videos, TikToks quotes and so much MORE from these islanders showing disrespect towards me WAY before this.

"It's all out there. This isn't the first occurrence. There's never been an apology so why now? Is it because this is the first time I've reacted..? The impact has been felt? Don't apologise now you're feeling the impact. Don't apologise because now YOUR emotions are affected. You're all selfish.

"I've always spoken carefully about people because I know the weight words can have. Whilst there's things I've said that have been twisted, I am not a cruel person.

"At present I do not care about anyone involved or how they are feeling. Concentrate on this LIFE LESSON and learn from it. I won't be saying anymore on this. I just want a peaceful life. Please don't talk about me."

Rachel's friend Kaz Kamwi released a statement following up on hers, defending the star on social media.

She penned: "I generally don't get involved in much BUT I really wish people would honestly take a step back and think about how harmful their words and actions can be. We all know what it feels like so why are you going out of your way to embarrass and put someone else down?"

Tagging all those mentioned in her post, Kaz continued: "Every single one of you owe Rachel an apology. Publicly and privately.

"What a bunch of clowns. So unprovoked and FOR WHYYY kmt.

"You stay true to you @rachel.finni you deserve way more respect than this. You Queen. Love you and so do so many others. A bombshell in our eyes."

The Mirror has contacted Tyler, Aaron, Jake and Brad's representatives for a comment.

*Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2.
