Love Island late arrival Davide Sanclimenti cause stir on first day of new series

Before viewers settle down to watch the launch episode of Love Island's new series, late arrival Davide Sanclimenti caused a serious stir with his entrance on the first day.

After last year's show was pushed back due to the coronavirus pandemic and subsequent travel restriction, normal service has been resumed on the hit ITV dating show, with it launching in its traditional early June slot. The Love Island line-up for this year was confirmed last week, with each contestant unveiled one by one.

Having got a lot of fans talking as they aired their first impressions of the Islanders, Davide has already ruffled a few feathers amongst his fellow singles, by going in as the first bombshell of Love Island 2022. A teaser released by producers on Monday afternoon revealed that the Italian, wo now lives in Manchester. entered after the first coupling up had taken place.
