Love Island hunk Aaron Waters unrecognisable with longer hair before entering the villa

Love Island's Aaron Waters is proof that a hairstyle can totally change your look, as pictures of him with longer hair show the hunk looking totally different.

Viewers of this year's Love Island will be used to seeing Aussie hunk Aaron with short dark hair as he caught the eye of the girls in the villa and viewers at home.

The 26-year-old model became one of the first ever contestants to enter the UK villa from another country when he joined this year's winter Love Island alongside fellow Aussie Jessie Wynter.

Aaron is no stranger to Love Island either, as he competed on the third series of the show in his native Australia in 2021 and was crowned runner up alongside Jess Velkovski.

As viewers watched him enter the villa for this year's Love Island he was sporting a short buzz cut hairstyle, which is a far cry from how he's looked before.

In 2021 the star had longer locks when he entered the Australian Love Island on day one of the series. In the Australian series the model had dyed his naturally dark hair bleach blonde, but has since returned to his natural brunette colour.

Yet it's not just his looks that have been the subject of discussion, as the Aussie hunk has also been facing a backlash from outside the South Africa villa.

Aaron's ex-girlfriend Courtney Stubbs has come forward to reveal that he had "body-shamed her every day" of their relationship.

In a tell-all TikTok video she explained: "I have never addressed this before because anytime I think about it, it makes me want to ball my eyes out.

"This guy has got onto Love Island UK and the first thing he wanted to do was, in his promo, drag me."

"It was horrible. He bullied me, belittled me, he skin-shamed me, he body-shamed me."

She added: ""He would constantly tell me to f*** off, to shut up, the whole show. And made a personal vendetta against me to make sure every guy felt the same way about me."

Aaron has also faced backlash from fans online who dubbed the star "a walking red flag" and have even called on Love Island producers to remove him from the show.

One fan wrote: "Aaron? He’s a walking red flag!! Oh, God! I can’t believe I’m about to watch him again."

Another chimed in: "Aaron is a whole red flag."

One fan commented on the official Love Island instagram under a post of Aaron, as they wrote: "They should have never cast a bully, already put one girl through enough."

Another agreed, as they added: "Love Island should not have even brought him on. This guy already caused so much pain. He isn't a good person."
