Love Island presenter Laura Whitmore has said she has gone into hiding for the next 24 hours as she "knows too much" after the dramatic recoupling due to air tonight.
The 37-year-old said she would be "avoiding" calls, texts and emails until the episode is over out of fear she could leak vital information.
Taking to her Instagram stories, Laura said: "Now I spend the next 24 hours in hiding, avoiding all the phone calls and texts wanting to know what happened! #Iknowtoomuch".

The host entered the villa last night as contestants chose whether they wanted to remain coupled up with their girls living in Casa Amor or choose a new girl to get to know further.
Plenty of antics have been evolving over the past few days as even the most solid of couples were put to the test, and heads turned left, right and centre.
Pairings that began as fan favourites may now be emerging as the complete opposite as their true colours were shown.
Viewers will be treated to an extended show tonight as all eyes will be on Andrew Le Page after he broke down in tears on Wednesday night's show after he admitted that he still had feelings for Tasha Ghouri despite getting to know new girl Coco Lodge.
The pair were seen getting rather cosy after the girls told Andrew Tasha was making a 'mug' of him.
He then went on to share a kiss with Coco on the terrace and a few in bed, but his feelings for Tasha may win out.
Irishman Dami Hope also caused quite the stir during the girl's time away in Casa Amor.
The Dubliner was coupled up with Indiyah Polack, and the pair seemed to be going from strength to strength after their former partners Amber and Ikenna were dumped from the villa.
However, Dami's head turned for new girl Summer Botwe almost immediately, with the 27-year-old convincing himself that he needed to put his relationship with Indiyah to the 'test'.
Meanwhile, Indiyah also got to know new boy Deji Adeniyi but vowed to keep things respectful as she still has feelings for Dami.
Viewers will be hoping the pair will reunite but will have to wait until tonight's show for all to be revealed.
Finally, Gemma Owen's ex Jacques O'Neill also got himself into some hot water after he decided to get to know blonde bombshell Cheyanne Kerr.
While footage rolled of Paige in tears as she worried Jacques's head would turn, viewers saw the rugby player a little more relaxed.
The 'cheeky chappy' was seen flirting with both Molly and Cheyanne before declaring he was going to 'sack Molly off' and bring Cheyanne up to the terrace for a kiss.
And he did just that.
To find out if Paige is left heartbroken, tune in tonight at 9pm on Virgin Media Two and ITV.
