But just how are the pairs truly getting on just two weeks after leaving the villa?
Ekin-Su and Davide
This year's Love Island winners are predicted to become millionaires within months after being crowned the UK's favourite couple.
Ekin-Su and Davide have shown their relationship is going from strength to strength along with their bank accounts after the pair confirmed they had landed their own TV show just days after leaving the villa.
Davide, who is already a successful businessman, is expected to be inundated with brand deals after charming viewers with her sharp wit and good looks, while girlfriend Ekin-Su has already signed the biggest Love Island fashion deal ever with lingerie brand Oh Polly.
The lovebirds are set to spend even more time side by side as they travel around Europe and cook for each other, visiting their home countries of Turkey and Italy.
Announcing the news on Channel 4's Big Breakfast with AJ Odudu and Mo Gilligan, Davide declared: "Yes, I can tell you this.
"We are going on a road trip to Italy and Turkey, for one week in Italy and one week in Turkey. We are going to be on ITV2, and it's going to be like our own programme."
Luca and Gemma
Rumours swirled that Love Island runner-ups Gemma Owen and Luca Bish's relationship could be on the rocks following the Love Island reunion show just days after leaving the villa.
The pair were photographed leaving the event looking rather solemn as Gemma walked ahead of Luca as they made their way to their hotel.
Reports claimed that a photographer said to Luca: "You've got your hands full there!"
To which Luca was then said to have replied: "Oh don't mate! She's got the right hump with me!"
However, all seems to be well after the pair denied having a row and appeared as loved up as ever as they jetted off on their first holiday together since leaving the villa.
Luca and Gemma flew out to Portugal to join the Owen family, where the fishmonger finally met Gemma's famous dad Michael Owen for the first time.
Gemma, 19, and Luca, 23, soaked up the sun in the Algarve as they posed for photos by the gorgeous coastline and sipped on cocktails.
The pair have since returned to the UK with the dressage rider hinting that some big things are coming over the coming months.
Sharing a selfie of her in a car, Gemma wrote: "Back in the UK for a busy week ahead!"
Indiyah and Dami
Love Island's third-place couple, Indiyah Polack and Dami Hope have gone from strength to strength since leaving the villa despite having a turbulent time during the show.
The pair have been spending a lot of time together since returning, with Dami having booked a one-way ticket from Ireland to the UK as he planned to move over permanently to be with his new girlfriend.
Indiyah has now met Dami's grandmother, with the pair appearing to get on like a house on fire after Dami shared footage of the two discussing the future and how many children Indiyah hopes to have.
The couple has also opened up about the pressure they felt on the show to represent black love.
Speaking on Monday's BBC 1Xtra Breakfast show with Nadia Jae, Microbiologist Dami, 26, said: "When I got with Indiyah, I knew everyone would be tweeting, 'Black love, black love.'
"And when Casa Amor happened, I knew that if I did what I needed to do for myself, people were gonna be crying and complaining.
"Because I've been on Twitter, and I get it. You know I've sent some people back into hiding since I've been out."
He joked: "People were coming for me when I was in there! Nah…. I'm just playing."
Indiyah added: "I love my black men. But respectfully, if the black love didn't happen, what am I supposed to do?
"So I didn't feel the pressure of, 'I need to be with a black guy, I need to do this black love.'
"I went in there for me, if I found someone, I found love - it's no one else's business, you can't pressure me to find love."
Tasha and Andrew
Love Island's Tasha Ghouri and Andrew Le Page appear to be happier than ever, despite facing scandal in the villa.
Andrew appears to have instantly connected with Tasha's family after the pair were spotted dancing at a concert with her parents on Sunday evening.
Taking to Instagram, Tasha, 27, shared a sweet snap of Andrew dancing with her mum.
Andrew could be seen with an arm around Tasha's mum, who smiled at the camera as she danced.
Tasha captioned the heartwarming video saying: "When the BF becomes family."
The family had gone to watch a Coldplay concert together in London, where Tasha was seen sitting on Andrew's shoulders during the performance.
Like the other couple, the pair are expected to go on to have hugely successful careers, with Tasha recently confirming a huge deal with eBay UK, becoming its first' pre-loved ambassador'.
The exciting venture marks the first time a Love Island star has partnered with a non-fast fashion retailer.
