Love Island fans were left grossed out by Ekin-Su's moaning during Tuesday night's instalment of the ITV2 dating show.
The girls were treated to a luxury homemade spa days by the boys and Ekin, 27, made the most of her pamper session as Davide had his hands all over the gorgeous Turkish model.
Ekin-Su couldn't help but express her pleasure as she continuously moaned and gasped while Davide gave her the world's best back massage.
Although the brunette bombshell was loving her pampering, ITV viewers were left cringing as they watched the steamy scenes unfold in front of their eyes.
Taking to Twitter, Love Island fans joked that they felt as though they were watching a porn movie after Ekin told Davide to 'slide' up and down her body.
"Why is Love Island SO SEXUAL tonight????? Not a good time to be watching it with your parents," one fan questioned.
"OMG! Ekin-Su is a dirty girl," another gasped.
"Ekin-Su telling Davide to slide inside, hahahahhahahha this girl deserves her own show," someone else enthused.
Meanwhile a fourth fan admitted that they were grossed out by Ekin's moaning.
"I love Ekin-Su but all that noise is freaking me out. So grossed out right now," they complained.
"They need to cast Ekin in the next 50 Shades movie!!!! Move over Dakota Johnson," another Love Island fan mocked.
The saucy noises from Ekin-Su comes after Love Island fans couldn't quite believe their eyes as the episode kicked off after some eagle-eyed viewers spotted an ant crawling across Davide's chopping board.
Viewers watched as Davide decided to cook up a storm in the kitchen for his fellow islanders.
The Italian hunk treated his fellow contestants to a delicious pot of carbonara pasta as scenes from Tuesday's episode saw him chopping up an array of ham on a wooden chopping board.
While Davide got busy in the kitchen, he appeared to be distracted by his latest falling out with love interest Ekin-Su after the pair clashed once again following their talent show debuts.
Although Davide may have missed the insect scattering across the chopping board, the same can't be said for eagle-eyed viewers who shared their disgust after spotting the tiny creepy-crawly.
Love Island continues tomorrow night at 9PM on ITV2.
