Love Island returned with a host of twists and turns on Monday as the new Islanders got to know each other... but ITV viewers weren't pleased with one change to the series in particular.
When the new series kicked off, eagle-eyed viewers spotted one of their favourite opening features was missing from the reality show.
The comical JustEat parrots and lizards from last year appeared to have been axed as the food delivery company is no longer sponsoring Love Island.
Instead, online auction site Ebay has replaced the company as sponsors, meaning the end of the chatty creatures at the beginning and ed of ad breaks.
ITV viewers took to Twitter share their disappointment, agreeing that the parrots and lizards will be missed.
One tweeted: "I just realised my fav just eat animals left us for good #LoveIsland," while another added: "I just realised that Just Eat isn't sponsoring #loveisland anymore which means we don't get the talking animals!"
Alongside a picture of the JustEat parrots, another wrote: "Just Eat no longer sponsoring? RIP to these legends #LoveIsland," and a fourth said: "The thing that's disappointed me most about #LoveIsland so far is that the parrots aren't back for the #JustEat ads."
"Please bring back the Just Eat animals #LoveIsland," another pleaded and someone else shared: "Nah I miss the justeat lizards #loveisland."
This year's Love Island kicked off in style with the boys and girls entering at the same time for the first time ever.
Host Maya Jama explained the couples had been chosen by an earlier public vote but shortly after settling into their new pairs, Maya entered the villa and gave the girls the option to nominate themselves as single.
Maya explained: "Now, I know you didn't choose your partners because the public did that for you. Sometimes you have to follow your heart which means you have to take a risk. Ask yourself this - are you happy or could you be happier?
"I have the ultimate dare for you! Girls, if you're not sure you're with the right person, I dare you to step forward now!"
