Love Island fans are not too impressed with this year's crop of boys.
ITV2 viewers have picked up on the South African villa's male residents all using 'cringe' lingo to discuss their female housemates - with some fans even branding their remarks derogatory and begging show bosses to intervene.
Last night's episode saw farmer Will Young left single, after bombshell arrival Tom Clare set his sights on Olivia Hawkins, and Tanya Manhenga and Shaq Muhammad became the first couple to lock lips on this year's series.
Fans also spotted Lana Jenkins shooting Ron Hall a scathing look, as her partner cosied up with new bombshell Zara Deniz Lackenby-Brown.
However, it was something else that got viewers watching at home fuming online.
As newly-single Will, 23, warned one of his male mates in the villa "I'm going to graft your bird," fans vented their anger on Twitter
"Wish the boys would stop calling the girls 'birds'," one viewer raged to Love Island's official Twitter account as last night's show aired.
"The lingo these boys are using ‘birds’ ‘wifey for lifey’ like boys pleaseeee the cringe factor is too highhh #LoveIsland," another added, as a third fumed: "AHHHHH I hate when men call women ‘birds’ rank behaviour."
Will isn't the only male resident to use the term - with Ron, 26, also guilty of calling women 'birds'.
"I'm not stressing because I know where we are," he told the boys after Will pulled Lana, 25, for a chat.
"And okay, yeah, you've got another fella who's trying to literally nick your bird off you.
"Anyone could walk through that door and I'd back myself that, even if there was a recoupling again tomorrow, that I'd try my hardest to get her back the following day."
"'Nick your bird off of you' shut it mateeeee," one Love Island viewer tweeted after Ron's swimming pool chat with the boys, with another adding: "She's not your bird Ron lol."
One viewer noted how the boys switch up their language when speaking in the presence of the girls.
"Men will use 'birds' in the presence of each other but as soon as they’re met with one it’s back to 'a lovely girl' #LoveIsland," the Love Island fan observed on Twitter last night.
* Love Island continues this evening at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX
