However, during tonight’s episode, Adam decided to go exclusive with Paige - meaning Nathalia was left without her first choice - and now fans are sure they know why Ekin-Su and Nathalia will come to verbal blows.
Ekin-Su and Nathalia argued with one another when the newcomer said the other felt she “had an issue” with her. Insisting she didn’t, Ekin-Su fired back and said they were fine, but Nathalia issued a savage dig at her, saying that “maybe she had an issue with herself”, as the feud deepened between the pair of them.
