Could a sensational Love Island reunion be on the cards?
Exes Kady McDermott and Scott Thomas have sparked rumours a reconciliation could be on the horizon - six years on from when they first met on the ITV2 programme.
During their time on the second series of the dating show in 2016, the TV stars coupled up and made it all the way to the final together - where they finished in third place behind runners-up Alex and Olivia Bowen and winners Nathan Massey and Cara de la Hoyde.
Sadly, it wasn't meant to be on the outside world, and the pair split the following year in December 2017.
Four years on from the former couple going their separate ways, fans have been discussing the possibility the exes have secretly rekindled their relationship.
Thanks to Kady and Scott both enjoying showing off snaps from beach-side breaks, amateur detectives on social media have been musing whether the two stars have jetted off abroad together.
Over the weekend, Kady took to TikTok to share a clip of a stunning romantic candlelit meal on the beach - with a mystery dining partner alluded to but not featured in the footage.
Thanks to ex Scott also enjoying a sunny holiday abroad, fans put two and two together and got excited.
"Please tell me you're back with Scott," one TikTok user asked Kady under her loved-up video, with another adding: "definitely with Scott".
As those commenting on Kady's post got excited about a possible Love Island reunion, some fans dug a little deeper to get to the bottom of the rumours.
"He's in Mexico and she's in the Maldives," one eagle-eyed social media user pointed out to those suggesting Scott was Kady's holiday buddy.
"Why are people bringing up Scott [laughing-face emoji] wasn’t that like 4 years ago lol," another quipped, as Love Island fans' dreams of a reunion were dashed.
Following Scott and Kady's break up in 2017, Kady moved on with The Only Way Is Essex star Myles Barnett - splashing out on a mansion together - but the two stars split last year after three years together.
Throughout their romance, the former couple had been renovating a bungalow into a swanky two storey house, complete with six bedrooms, in Hertfordshire.
Earlier this month, Kady confirmed she had bought the Essex native out of the property, proudly exclaiming she was the sole owner of "McDermott Manor".
"I just bought my ex out of the house, I’m really happy about that," she told The Sun.
"I’m finishing renovating that, hopefully to do another project at the end of the year.
Since splitting from Miles, Kady enjoyed a brief romance with Aston Villa footballer Matty Cash, but is currently officially single and dating.
The identity of her mystery holiday partner is not yet known.
