Love Island season eight officially kicked off tonight and the first episode did not disappoint.
This year's girls Paige, Indiyah, Tasha, Amber and Gemma joined Laura Whitmore in the villa for the first coupling up of the year.
In a surprise twist this year, the public got to vote who the islanders coupled up with.

The first of the boys to arrive was Dami Hope, a microbiologist from Dublin.
Dami was paired with Amber, a 24-year-old nanny from London.
The other current couples are Gemma and Liam, Paige and Luca, Indiyah and Ikenna and Tasha and Andrew.
The Irishman went down well with viewers who said he "looks like he’s gonna be good vibes".
One viewer wrote on Twitter: "Dami has stolen my heart".
Another said: "I’m a Dami stan already it’s true. He’s chill and down to earth. And Irish."
A third wrote: "I’ve changed my mind, I love Dami and his banter."
After spending the day getting to know each other, the islanders were left shocked when bombshell Davide walked into the villa.
The 27-year-old Italian will be able to choose one of the girls to couple up with during tomorrow night's episode, leaving one of the other boys vulnerable.
Love Island airs every night at 9pm on ITV2 and ITV Hub.
