With an average of 2.4 million viewers and cameras rolling 24/7, it's no secret Love Island contestants may opt to dabble in some cosmetic 'tweakments' prior to coming on the show to look and feel their absolute best. And while some people might like to keep any work they have had done private, many of this season's participants have been open about what treatment they have had.
