A petition calling for Nick Lachey and Vanessa Lachey to be removed as the hosts of Netflix 's Love Is Blind has reached 19,000 signatures following the latest reunion.
Nick, 49, and Vanessa, 42 - who have been married since 2011 - have hosted the popular reality TV show since its first season debuted on the streaming platform back in 2020.
The couple most recently hosted its fourth season - which launched last month - and subsequently fronted the latest reunion, which prompted criticism of them this week.
Not everyone is keen on them being hosts, with a petition to have them removed from the position having reached more than 19,000 signatures following the recently aired reunion.
The Change.org petition - which was created five months ago but has attracted attention following the latest reunion - cites various reasons for wanting them replaced as hosts.
This includes the pair allegedly being "more concerned with directing as much attention at themselves and their personal lives rather than focusing on the contestants".
Libby Cross - who created the petition - has issued an update this week following the most recent episode of Love Is Blind, saying that the reunion "just proved [them] right".
It was stated in the update that the hosts "showed bias towards certain contestants" and Libby added that Vanessa was "pressing" contestants on their plans to have children.
Libby wrote about such a topic: "Fertility is a tough subject for many women and to be forced to answer those questions on national television was cringey and wrong."
The petition creator hasn't been alone in their feelings over the topic, with other viewers having also expressed discomfort over Vanessa asking the couples about such.
Other criticisms from viewers following the reunion include that she allegedly showed 'favouritism' towards the likes of Jackelina Bonds - who was in a love triangle on the show.
Additionally, cast member Paul Peden told People magazine that he felt as though he underwent an "interrogation" from Vanessa at the reunion, rather than having a dialogue.
You can catch up on previous episodes of Love Is Blind through Netflix, including the newly released reunion.
