Louth have opted not to travel and have given Wexford a walkover in their final O'Byrne Cup group stage match.
The fixture was due to be played on Wednesday evening in Hollymount Wexford.
Having won their first two games, Louth were already guaranteed a place in the semi-finals of the competition, while Wexford, having been beaten in both their outings, were unable to progress any further.

Louth are understood to be missing a number of players through injury and college commitments, with the Sigerson Cup set to get under way this week. With the game being a veritable dead rubber, the decision was made to concede the game to Wexford.
The Wee County will face the winners of Wednesday's clash between Dublin and Offaly in the semi-final of the O'Byrne Cup.
The Leinster minnows last won the preseason competition in 2009.
