Louise Thompson celebrated her glowing skin and shared her postpartum receding hairline after she almost died during childbirth.
The Made In Chelsea star suffered serious complications and came close to death during the birth of her son Leo-Hunter, who she shares with partner Ryan Libbey, in November.
Since then, she's been battling post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other postpartum effects on her body.
The 31-year-old took to her Instagram Stories on Friday to share a boomerang of herself getting glammed up.
"Post-pregnancy hairline is receding like crazy, but my skin has massively benefited from not wearing makeup for the best part of 4 months," she captioned the story.
Her face was glowing as she applied a full face of makeup. Her hair was also tied up into a messy bun.
After being diagnosed with PTSD following the birth of her son, Louise had a choice few words for those thinking recovery is 'simple '.
The star, who was in intensive care for five weeks after Leo-Hunter's arrival, opened up about the effect the entire ordeal has had on her mental health.
Taking to Instagram, Louise stated: "I've found myself telling people who tell me to stand in the garden whilst listening to nice music to f**k off.
"If only recovery was as simple as doing one or two things."
The new mum explained it was taking "buckets of different things" to help her get through each day.
Speaking about her "nice manageable routine", Louise explained it included: "a lie in (because I don't sleep much at night), taking ssri medication, having a shower, applying makeup, putting on clothes (which I select the night before because I tend to feel stronger in the evening), munching some oats with water, apple and honey, taking more medication and I've just started tracking my macros again."

She added that having a routine was a 'huge thing' for her, admitting: "Crazy to think that when the crisis team asked me if I could manage a routine a few weeks ago I would have had a panic attack '(or a panic cycle) where I never reach the peak but then also never get out of a high state of panic."
Although she has been struggling to leave the house, the reality star has been working hard to turn things around.
With husband-to-be Ryan by her side, she even got herself to the gym to work on her fitness.
The star is struggling with anxiety and shared it flares up in certain rooms in her home.
Louise recently celebrated a milestone as she was able to use her kitchen to cook pancakes.
