Louis Walsh has said he originally wanted to form a new girl group but didn’t “get the right girls” – and has now revealed his new boyband.

The former X Factor judge – who made a success out of Westlife and Girls Aloud – has been cultivating a new band for over a year.

After 1,000 auditions, Louis has chosen his new five-piece that he hopes to take to dizzying new heights in their career.
