Lottie Moss is reportedly planning to get the tattoo on her face removed – f our months after getting the inking done.
Kate Moss' sister Lottie, 25, woke up from a night out in December and discovered the permanent etching of the word 'lover' on her cheekbone.
She revealed the tattoo in a TikTok video as she showed the process of having it done after waking up to the etching on her face.
However, after vowing to 'learn to love' the etching, OnlyFans model Lottie is planning to remove the tattoo which is just under her eye.
A source said: "Lottie is planning to have laser tattoo removal.
"She fully embraced her Lover inking but now she just wants it gone and has been covering it up with makeup for events and photoshoots.
"For her now, it signifies a time in her life when she wasn't as strong, but she's begun a new chapter since and wants the tattoo, which is a reminder of a darker time, removed for good," a source told the MailOnline.
Lottie, who has a number of other tattoos, revealed the inking in a TikTok video in December, where she shared a clip of the moment of her having the ink done and her reaction the morning after.
At the end of the video, she told her followers: "I don't really have a lot to say about last night apart from the fact that this could've done without doing," in reference the tattoo.
"But, I actually don't mind it. It's here to stay now we're gonna learn to love it, the world's going to learn to love it, my mum's gonna learn to love it hopefully.
"Yeah, don't drink alcohol kids," she warned.
However, Lottie later told Glamour magazine how the spontaneous tattoo was a freedom of her expression.
Lottie, who hit out at her sister Kate in December, said: "Since rehab, I’ve been on a journey of self-discovery. I’ve spent a lot of time in Bali, surrounded by nature, reading alone or spending time with like-minded people – and learning to love myself again while finally being free from my former life.
"That’s why I decided to get my face tattoo; the word ‘lover’ under my eye.
"Yes, it was impulsive, but after years of being so controlled, it was my way of expressing that I am free. I’m no longer controlled."
However, during a recent Pretty Little Thing event, Lottie decided to cover the ink with foundation to achieve a 'classier' look.
She explained in a video on her Instagram : "When I want to go for a classier vibe, I cover up my face tattoo and dress like a Little House on the Prairie, like butter wouldn't melt, like she's so innocent and she never got a face tattoo in Bali after two drinks…"
Last year, Lottie told fans she had checked into rehab in a video on her TikTok.
She wrote on top of the clip: "When everyone's glamorising drooog taking but you're literally in r3h4b".
After seeking help in rehab, Lottie's dad she was doing "just fine".
