Lorraine Kelly has reportedly won battle to extend her £2million family home, following a previous dispute with her neighbours.
The Scottish television presenter, 62, currently lives in a three-bedroom Buckinghamshire cottage with her husband Steve Smith and their dogs.
According to The Sun, Lorraine's pad already boasts a large living room, a 24ft conservatory and a guest house.
Other lavish features of the property include a 200ft wide garden, boat mooring and a landing stage with views across the Thames.
However, the ITV star and her husband are planning to extend the side of the house with a 18ft-wide extension.
The extension will also provide extra room for Lorraine in her master bedroom.
Lorraine's planning agent told the publication: "The bedroom would have a pair of matching windows to the north and a set of French doors with side lights to the west, leading to a small deck and the views over the river."
Thankfully, planning permission has since been accepted by the council after receiving no objections from neighbours.
It comes after Lorraine's neighbours previously rejected the star's plans to have a pine tree felled.
It's believed the council rejected the application - which was put forward in order to prevent bird poo and pines from landing on the couple's cars - after it was branded "whimsical and selfish" by neighbours.
The Mirror has contacted Lorraine's representative for comment.
The Scottish host is currently on a break from her ITV show for the summer.
Ahead of the break, Lorraine was forced to stay at her home for a week after contacting Covid.
After returning to the show, Lorraine shared an update on her health whilst speaking to the show's resident medical expert, Dr Amir Khan.
She said: "It was a nasty one, the dreaded Covid got me and it's a nasty one. Amir, the worst headaches I think I've ever had in my whole life.
"Completely floored me, I couldn't actually get up without feeling really weird but I'm absolutely fine now.
"Thank goodness, as I kept saying all the time, that I got the vaccine. God knows what I would have been like without that, but yeah, I'm good thank you and thank you for all your help. It's just so good to have you, to know that I've got you and I can phone you up at any time, I'm so lucky."
Former Countdown star Carol Vorderman filled in for Lorraine whilst she recovered.
