Lorraine Kelly has hit out at Prince Harry for missing Prince Philip's memorial service yesterday.
All the royals were in attendance at the event, which honoured the life of the Duke of Edinburgh, but Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle failed to show up for the ceremony at Westminster Abbey.
The big talking point was Prince Andrew walking the Queen to her seat as she is currently suffering from some mobility issues.
Prince Harry had decided not to attend over security concerns, but speaking about the memorial service as a whole, Lorraine admitted she was puzzled by his decision as she admitted she had hoped he would attend the event at the last minute.
Speaking on her ITV show today, she said: "I must admit up until the very very last minute I thought, do you know what - Prince Harry will just come over. I think he's really going to regret this.
"He's not going because he says he doesn't feel safe. For goodness sake, they're in Westminster Abbey. Can you imagine how many people are there looking after the Queen and everyone else. It just seems a shame."
It comes after Good Morning Britain's Richard Madeley criticised Harry for not attending the touching memorial event yesterday, which the Queen was able to make last minute.
"Harry and Meghan will not be there because they have concerns about security," Susanna Reid explained.
Guest Andrew Pierce then added: "Which is ridiculous, because he will be in the bosom of the royal family today and there will be security people everywhere. He would be completely looked after."
Susanna then asked if Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle believe "they are more of a target", as she added: "Because presumably that's what they argue - is that they feel more at risk if there are other members of the Royal Family there, including Head of State."
"If they feel it, they feel it but come on, it's going to be the most secure part of London. I was there last night, they've put up the crash barriers. If you're looking for a police officer today, just go around Westminster Abbey, you'll find ranks of them," The Mirror's own Kevin Maguire then replied as he spoke of how safe the area is due to the sheer amount of royal family members attending.
Richard then chimed in: "I couldn't agree more with you. What is he playing at?"
Prince Harry did not attend the memorial yesterday, but the big talking point was Prince Andrew accompanying the Queen and helping her to her seat as she struggles with mobility issues.
