Lorraine Kelly confirms seven-week break from TV after illness in emotional health update

Lorraine Kelly has revealed she will not return to television screens for seven weeks after being struck down by a “bad lurgy”, with the presenter confirming she is stepping away from her ITV show for several weeks.

The Scottish broadcaster, 66, who fronts the weekday magazine programme Lorraine, shared the update with fans after viewers noticed she was absent from recent episodes.
