Lori Chavez-DeRemer has become the latest official to leave President Donald Trump's cabinet, resigning to move into a private sector job. Deputy Secretary Keith Sonderling will serve as acting Labor Secretary, according to White House communications director Steven Cheung.
Chavez-DeRemer announced the decision in a social media publication, saying it was an "honor and a privilege to serve in this historic Administration and work for the greatest President of my lifetime."
