Loose Women's Nadia Sawalha has taken to Instagram to reveal some of the regrets she has had in life and what she wishes she had done in the past as she battles with insomnia.
Posting four pictures from her wedding day in 2002 - the only pictures she has of the day she says in the post - the daytime television presenter looked glamorous as she reflected on the 'random thoughts' invading her brain late at night.
"Can’t sleep.. random thoughts are invading my brain ….." she wrote. "We’ve only got four wedding photos ( long story ) .. these are they …Was pregnant in these pics with the beautiful singer songwriter of this song .. @maddiemaddieee

This honest post had fans of the 58-year-old sharing their "random thoughts" too while praising her for being so open.
One Instagram user wrote: "It’s 3am and been awake an hour thinking about stupid stuff…. finally opened my phone and seen this flippin brilliant post… and now reading everyone else’s stupid and wonderful stuf" while another said: "Gosh, random thoughts central here too. Always thought it was ‘just me’ and now thank the lord, I have a beautiful tribe. Hope it’s bringing you the relief it brought me."
