Loose Women's Frankie Bridge shares surprising beauty hack in bath video

Frankie Bridge has given her fans an insight into how she keeps her hair in such great condition with a surprising beauty hack.

Taking to her Instagram stories Frankie, 33, showed her 1.5 million followers how improvisation can come in useful when trying to keep up your beauty regime.

The Loose Women star decided to do a hair mask this morning before realising that she no longer had a shower cap and it was time to get creative.

On her Story, Frankie said: "Morning, um, I decided to do a hair mask this morning and then realised that I didn’t have a shower cap anymore.

"So I decided to go for a sandwich bag. Um, it’s a look, for sure. I don’t know if it actually works or does what I think it’s doing."

Frankie opted to use a large IKEA sandwich bag in place of a shower cap, which fit snug around her hairline while leaving a lot of air behind which the singer claimed worked like a pillow.

The creative mother of two went on to say: "It’s a little bit tight. Um, I thought that was quite inventive of me, if you will.

"Also, side note, where it’s kind of filled up with air, kind of works as a pillow.

"So if Dragons' Den wants to hit me up with my new invention. You know where to find me."

Frankie's pamper session didn't stop there, with her going on to do a face mask as she soaked in the bath.

She posted a sweet pouting selfie from the bathtub with a pale blue face mask on captioned: "Just incase you didn't think it could get any better [lipstick pouting emoji]."

The Loose Women panellist recently made headlines for confessing that her former footballer husband, Wayne Bridge, 'parents' her.

In a discussion with her fellow Loose Women - Kaye Adams, Carol McGiffin and Nadia Sawalha - Frankie admitted that rather than her parenting Wayne, it was the other way around.

The couple have been married to Wayne since 2014 and shares two children with him - Parker and Carter.

Frankie confessed that he doesn't like how she stacks the dishwasher so now she leaves the job for him to do himself.

She said: "I would say it's probably more around the other way, Wayne parents me. I quite like it.

"I'm useless around the house, he always says I don't know about the dishwasher. I don't stack it right so I just leave it to him. I'm a put it into the sink and let Wayne deal with it."

Kaye then added: "Isn't that fascinating? That's complete role reversal from the stereotypes. Usually it's the woman who says he doesn't know how to do anything so I do it."

Frankie then said: "I'm quite messy, he's really tidy. Don't get me wrong, we have our roles in the house."
