Carol McGiffin has been inundated with fans in disbelief over her age as she celebrated her 63rd birthday in Thailand.

The Loose Women panellist showed off her toned abs and impressive physique as she enjoyed a Thai break with husband Mark Cassidy. Sharing a sweet photo of the two on the beach, Carol captioned the Instagram post: "Scenes from a 63rd birthday Phuket Birthday girl."

Carol's birthday wasn't the only special occasion the couple celebrated on their trip abroad, as they also commemorated their 15th anniversary together and their fifth year as a married couple, reports BirminghamLive. In another post, Carol said: "Five years married, 15 years together. Still having a good time. I love my husband every day."
