Brenda Edwards has launched a Trust to help support causes close to her late son's heart.

After suffering from a short illness in February, music pioneer and MBE winner Jamal Edwards died at the age of 31. His mother and Loose Women panelist said he was the "centre of our world" and shared her "deepest heartache" due to losing him.

The ITV host said immediately after Jamal's death: "It is with the deepest heartache that I confirm that my beautiful son Jamal; Edwards passed away yesterday morning after a sudden illness. Myself, his sister Tanisha, and the rest of his family and friends are completely devastated. He was the centre of our world."
