Loose Women viewers have been left gobsmacked by panellist Carol McGriffin's real age as she posted a picture of herself in a bikini top. Taking to Instagram, the 63-year-old uploaded a string of images taken in Phuket, Thailand, in celebration of her recent birthday.
Among the images was one of Carol posed with hubby Mark on a beach in a white bikini top and white shorts - with her incredible abs on show. Other images also flaunted her toned figure as she took a high angle smiling selfie during sunset.
Captioning the stunning images, Carol told followers: "Scenes from a 63rd birthday Phuket Birthday girl." Her post came as she took a break from the ITV daytime show for a holiday in the far east.

The couple were also abroad to mark their 15th anniversary as man and wife, as well as their fifth anniversary on the tropical getaway. Carol added: "Five years married, 15 years together. Still having a good time. I love my husband every day."
Co-star Ruth Langsford replied: "Happy Birthday Carol….you look AMAZING!" Loose Women's Denise Welch also replied: "Beautiful birthday babe." As well as Nadia Sawalha, who said: "Ahh happy birthday hunny !!"
TV and radio star Kate Thornton said: "Happy birthday babe - looks like you're having the best time with your favourite person in your favourite place." One friend, Indira, asked: "Are you actual Benjamin Button?? miss you!"
Another fan, Love Suzy, said: "How are you 63?! I’d have been surprised even if you said 53!! Those are some amazing genes you’ve got there - happy birthday." Em said: "Whos 63?!! Shut up!! You look fab!" Chez said: "Carol you look stunning!! How can you still be slim on holiday I put half a stone on as I step off the plane." Fry said: "U have figure of a teenager."
In a recent episode of Loose Women, Carol had to deny having cosmetic surgery as she appeared on the show makeup-less and red-faced. Explaining the reasoning behind her appearance during Thursday's instalment (March 2), Carol revealed: "It looks like I've had a cosmetic procedure or something but I haven't.
"I woke up with a seriously red face, itchy, so I've got no make-up on." Fellow presenter Kaye then said: "It's gone better from this morning though. You had an antihistamine didn't you?"
In response, Carol told her: "Yeah, which. made me feel weird. It's not pleasant and I'm fine not to have any makeup on." Kaye replied: "Joking aside it's a horrible thing and we're really glad you're here. We'd rather you here then not here. Hopefully, the wee tables will work and you'll be fine and dandy."
