The allegations concern an incident that prosecutors say occurred in May 2025. Peters has not been convicted, and his representative disputes how the status of the case has been characterized.
According to court documents obtained by The Bulwark , prosecutors filed one count each of rape, drugging a person for sexual intercourse and providing alcohol to a minor at a Cape Cod-area courthouse on September 8. His arraignment is scheduled for October 14, according to The Hollywood Reporter .
