Michigan State went on the road and took out Penn State in State College, defeating the Nittany Lions, 80-72.
The Spartans wo the contest despite MSU only getting 10 total points from Tyson Walker and AJ Hoggard. It was Malik Hall who picked up the slack.
Malik Hall had a career high 29-points in the matchup and carried the Spartans to a massive Q2 victory on the road.
Penn State head coach Mike Rhoades spoke on Hall after the game, calling him a beast. Check out his full quote:
Penn State coach Mike Rhoades on Malik Hall's 29-point performance for MSU: "Hall was a beast today. He was amazing. We just didn't have an answer for him. He may not be an All-American, but he's pretty darn good."
