A fault with the signalling system between Loughborough Junction and Elephant & Castle is causing disruption in south London this morning.
Thameslink trains between Denmark Hill and London Blackfriars are currently being cancelled or severely delayed.
Elsewhere, the Northern line is part suspended due to a faulty trains at Borough and Oval.
It comes as the RMT union calls off Tube strikes set to hit London this week, sparing hundreds of thousands of Underground users more travel misery.

When are the next Tube strikes?

'We'd all like a four-day week', says London cabbie
17:06 , Niva YadavLondon cabbies are among the few who luck out during strike action, with displaced passengers turning to the capital’s Hackney Carriage fleet.
David, a black cab driver based in the east end, said: “We would all like a four-day week, but we all get on it with it, don’t we?”
He added that business does not necessarily improve for drivers like him, explaining that most commuters don’t “leave the house and choose to work from home”.

London's small businesses power through
17:00 , Niva YadavWorkers at the Beatles Coffee shop, located at St John’s Wood Underground station, said the strikes would not have impacted them.
“As long as the station is open, there is footfall,” one of the workers told The Standard.
He added that many of the coffee shop’s regulars prefer the quieter travelling hours on strike mornings.

'It's a real relief', say Londoners as Tube strikes get called off

Alba, 43, a mother of two, told The Standard: “It’s a real relief, for sure. Otherwise I’d have to travel by bus just to get the kids into school.”
But she added that the family has become accustomed to regular strike action.

RMT cancels this week's Tube strikes

The decision will spare hundreds of thousands of Underground users more travel misery.
RMT chiefs met on Monday morning and called off the industrial action, which was over the introduction of a four-day week.
They also brought forward planned strikes in June, which were due to take place on the 16th and 18th, but will now start on Tuesday June 2 and Thursday June 4.
Tube and Overground update

There are also severe delays on the rest of the line.

The train drivers’ union Aslef has accepted the deal which has been offered by Transport for London.
