As a result, trains running between London Marylebone and destinations including Stourbridge, Birmingham Snow Hill, Birmingham Moor Street, Banbury, Aylesbury Vale Parkway, Aylesbury, Princes Risborough, Oxford, High Wycombe, Gerrards Cross and West Ruislip may be cancelled, delayed by up to 60 minutes or revised.
Rail operators have warned that disruption is expected to continue until around 11:00 while engineers work to resolve the problem. Commuters are advised to check their journeys before travelling.

CrossCountry and Greater Anglia are operating rail replacement buses between Cambridge / Cambridge North and Ely, while Great Northern has sourced replacement buses from approximately 14:25.
