London's newest property development hotspot revealed as hopes grow about £2bn station

HS2 Mark Wild London Old Oak Common Euston Barratt Asda Birmingham

The area around Old Oak Common is “London’s new property development hotspot”, according to the man in charge of building the HS2 railway.

Mark Wild said the £2bn station at Old Oak Common – which will allow passengers to interchange between HS2, Elizabeth line, Great Western Railway and Heathrow Express services - was so big that it could be seen from space.
