London restaurants opening in February, from Trejo’s Tacos to Camille

It can’t be a coincidence that the final month of winter is seeing an injection of sunshine to London menus.

February sees the opening of a Caribbean veggie specialist in Brixton, a Mediterranean small-plates joint in Clerkenwell and a French bistro in Borough Market, plus the arrival from California of a classy Mexican chain owned by a Hollywood star.
