London parking fines to rise for the first time in over a decade in crackdown on 'obstructive' drivers

London parking fines will increase for the first time in over a decade next month in a crackdown on “anti-social and obstructive" drivers, boroughs have confirmed.

From Monday, April 7 the cost of a penalty charge notice (PCN) or removing a wheel clamp will rise by £30, while the fee to release a towed vehicle from a car pound will go up by £80.
