A road has turned into river with a street completely submerged by floodwater.
Multiple road closures are in place while residents are being urged to move to a higher level in a north London borough after a 36-inch water main burst, causing murky floodwaters to rise up to 4ft-deep.
Footage and images from the scene show the water on Hornsey and Tollington Road in Holloway, in the north London borough of Islington, sitting above the level of car tyres.
