London business chiefs warn Chancellor John Healey not to hit City with £1 billion 'office tax' rise

John Healey was warned by business chiefs against a £1 billion tax hike on London offices.

They stressed that if the Chancellor decides on such a raid in his first Budget on October 28 it risked discouraging international companies from setting up their headquarters in the capital.
