London bus passenger numbers hit new low as more firms ask TfL to ditch loss-making routes

The chronic decline in the number of London bus journeys has fallen to post-pandemic low, according to latest figures.

There were 1,233 million bus journeys between April and the start of December, according to Transport for London – 62 million fewer than the same period a year earlier.
