Seraphine, Syndra, and Zeri are being nerfed alongside others, while Cassiopeia gets a broader adjustment that shifts power between her abilities without changing the overall AP ratio.
Rageblade is also receiving a small system buff, with its Seething Strike stacks lasting longer.
