New Delhi, Amid relentless opposition protests, a bill to include digital and virtual records as admissible evidence in the courts was passed in the Lok Sabha on Wednesday before the proceedings were adjourned for the day.
As soon as the House reassembled at 2 PM after an earlier adjournment, opposition members continued with their sloganeering refusing to heed to the pleas of the Chair to discuss the Bankers' Books Evidence Act, 2026.
