Loic Damour's time at Hearts is over after he agreed a deal with FC Versailles.
The 31-year-old spent last season on loan at French third division side Le Mans after failing to make an impact in Robbie Neilson's side.
He arrived at the club on a four-year deal in 2019 but has made just 21 appearances since arriving in Gorgie while Craig Levein was still boss. Last season, Damour featured in a handful of early season squads before Hearts shipped him out to his native France.
He made 26 appearances in the nation's third tier and now links up with Versailles, who are a semi-pro side just promoted to the Championnat National from the fourth tier of French football. Their statement reads: "FC Versailles is pleased to announce the arrival in its workforce of Loïc Damour. The midfielder joined Heart of Midlothian in 2019 for a new European experience, in Scotland.

"Loïc has 96 Ligue 2 matches and 91 National. He will wear number 20. The whole club welcomes him."
It's been a busy summer so far for current boss Neilson, who's looking to build on a third place Premiership finish in season 2021/22 that guaranteed European group stage football.
His squad are currently in Spain for a warm weather training camp having already signed Lewis Neilson, Alan Forrest, Kye Rowles and Alex Cochrane this transfer window.
