UFC star Sean O'Malley has told Logan Paul he should forgot about fighting Paddy Pimblett. Paul called out Pimblett for a UFC bout after making his intentions clear to compete in Dana White's industry. Paul admitted he respects Paddy the Baddy and hopes to get him on his podcast when he travels to the United States next week, but is keen to fight him in the octagon.
O'Malley has told Paul that he shouldn't think too deeply into it as UFC president White would not allow Pimblett to fight Paul. However, O'Malley reckons Paul might have a chance against the Scoucer in the boxing ring.
Paul, a wrestler in his younger days, his transitioned from a YouTuber to combat sports star in recent years, boxing Floyd Mayweather, whilst this past week impressing in his performance at Wrestlemania 38 - with a number of legends from the sport such as The Rock and Triple H praising him.

Last month, on his Impaulsive podcast, Paul told White that he'd like to fight in the UFC - but O'Malley has said that it will never happen and tipped a potential boxing match against Pimblett instead.
He said: "Watching Logan fight Floyd, I'm like, that motherf***** has some serious f****** potential, like some serious potential if he really wanted to box. I said to him [Paul] 'Dana will never do that' it doesn't matter how big of a fight it is, if Logan goes out there and beats Paddy, then Paddy can't be a star. Logan can box and he really can wrestle it would just be a matter of him dedicating months to training."
Paul recently told MMA and boxing reporter Ariel Helwani that he's hoping to have Pimblett on his podcast and addressed comparisons between the Liverpool star and Conor McGregor.
He said: "I have found out who I would like to fight if I did a UFC match. Paddy the Baddy. They say he is the next Conor McGregor, right? He is super charismatic and entertaining as hell. He is on the come-up and young like me and has a real loud mouth. I like the way he can perform.
"I think I might have him on my podcast and say to him straight up 'I would like to fight you in the UFC'. He could get up to 185lbs and I could get down to 185lbs for a UFC match. It's the only thing I don't know if I would win, he is a good a** fighter and I have never had an MMA fight. If I am doing it obviously I think I am going to win.
"But now I am looking at it and if I do a UFC fight then I have to do it with someone else who can sell tickets. He is still relatively new and he is young and entertaining so I think the fans will eat that s*** up. There is too much going on at the moment but yeah."
Weight would be an issue which could prevent the two from fighting. Pimblett has previously fought at 145lbs, but now fights at 155lbs - with Paul fighting Mayweather whilst at 189lbs. Pimblett is currently walking around at 202lbs - 47lbs heavier than what we saw him less than three weeks ago in his UFC London win, after self-admittedly piling on the pounds whilst he recovers from his knee injury.
Outside of the octagon, Pimblett is a beloved online figure - signing with American media outlet Barstool Sports, whilst also having his own YouTube channel.
