Logan Paul has called out Paddy Pimblett as he targets his UFC debut.
The YouTube boxer arguably revived the trend of celebrities entering the ring through his two-fight series with KSI, back in 2018. Paul last laced up his gloves to face Floyd Mayweather Jr in an eight-round exhibition bout in 2021 and has since turned to professional wrestling, signing a multi-year deal with the WWE.
However, Paul has admitted that he still has aims of fighting in the octagon as UFC president Dana White attempts to organise a fight between Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and Twitter boss Elon Musk. The 28-year-old has previously called out ‘The Baddy’ and hopes to face Pimblett on the same fight card as tech billionaires..

“I’ll be honest, I pitched it,” Paul said on his Impaulsive podcast. “I pitched it internally, I pitched it to the execs that be, if Elon Musk and Zuckerberg fight, I will do my UFC debut on the undercard. I’ll fight for free, for charity.”
“You know who I want to fight actually cause that b**** a** Andrew Tate won’t fight me. Give me Paddy Pimblett. Give me ‘Paddy the Baddy’,” he continued.
“In the offseason, that boy looks like a blimp and he’ll come up to my weight class and I’ll wallop him.”
Since first teasing their fight on social media, Musk has trained with UFC legend and two-weight world champion Georges St-Pierre, while Zuckerberg has been credited with a passion for Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Logan Paul doubts whether that fight alone will be enough to convince people to tune in, though.
“They’re going to need to stack the undercard,” Paul added. “That’s why I’m throwing my hat in because being honest with you, no offence to these boys, it’s going to be pathetic. That fight will be pathetic. Highly entertaining but come on.
“Make someone punch who doesn’t know how to punch and see how they look. Watch my first fight.”
