Location, Location, Location's Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer have been out and about filming their new series after the Easter break.
And it seems they've now made their way to the Capital - and just in time for the good weather.
The property pair were said to have been spotted in Juniper Green - a village on the outskirts of Edinburgh lying about 5.5 miles south-west of the city centre.

Edinburgh clearly has a lot to offer when it comes to property with many boasting traditional features - so they won't be short of a place or two to show us!
Taking to Twitter, Allsopp confirmed on April 17 of this year that they would be travelling to Edinburgh to film after the holidays.
Responding to a tweet by travel expert Simon Calder, she tweeted: "On Thursday we start making the shows again after the Easter break, first trip Belfast, then Manchester, Edinburgh, Kent, Devon, East London and on and on, criss crossing the country until July. It will be very interesting to see how bad things still are by then."

Today the television presenter even tweeted what could be a preview of what's to come for the Scottish episode as she snapped a picture of a lovely and very well-organised bathroom.
And we do have to say that if the bathroom looks this good we can't wait to see what else they may have found on their travels.
