LNER tickets for train travel over the Christmas period will go on sale on Tuesday November 8.
Tickets will be available for travel on the East Coast mainline connecting Edinburgh, Newcastle and London between Wednesday December 21 2022 and Friday January 6 2023.

Often, the earlier customers buy tickets, the lower the prices are. LNER will be serving a special Christmas menu from November 30 until January 4.
First Class customers' menu will include chicken and stuffing sandwiches, stollen muffins and hog roast sausage rolls to apple and cinnamon tea, cranberry juice and much more from the onboard complimentary menus.
Standard-class customers will be able to order a selection of special seasonal sandwiches and snacks will be on offer including Lottie Shaws mince pies, Meatless Farm vegan sausage rolls, Cadbury’s Snowballs and Negroni Spritz.
