LIVINGSTON are keen on thrashing out a permanent deal for winger Odin Bailey.
The 22-year-old joined the Lions on loan from Birmingham City last August and has made 32 appearances so far this season.
The former England under-16 internationalist is out of contract with City this summer and Livi manager David Martindale is hopeful of convincing the youngster to stay on with the West Lothian outfit.
Bailey has impressed in his 20 Premiership starts and, with Alan Forrest set to depart at the end of the campaign, Martindale wants continuity in his Almondvale squad for next term.
Martindale said: “Out of the starting XI [against Hibs on Saturday] there were 10 players who are going to be at Livingston Football Club next season.
“And Odin Bailey I’m still going to try to get back to Livingston.
“So, we’ve got a right, right good squad going into the new season and I’ve never had that.
“We’re putting the foundations in now going into next season.”
