Residents living in an apartment block, in Rutherglen, have finally been paid out the £250 deposit they were owed by former property manager James Gibb residential factors.
But pensioner Catherine Patterson, who suffers from COPD and asthma, is not impressed with the amount of time it took for her and other residents living in Blairbeth Mews to get their money.
The 66-year-old great-granny has been living in her two-bedroom apartment for four years.
