Liverpool need to add at least two midfielders to challenge Manchester City for the Premier League title next season even if they complete the signing of Darwin Nunez this summer.
That's according to former England forward Gabriel Agbonlahor, who believes the Reds must try and bring in some new midfield players to compete with City's quality in those positions.
Liverpool have already made one signing this summer with Fabio Carvalho arriving from Fulham but could be set to add a second as Nunez closes in on a record breaking switch to Anfield from Benfica.
