Manchester United will be looking to continue their winning form and put a little bit more pressure on Manchester City for second-place as they make the trip to Liverpool who have rejuvenated their form lately. The EFL Cup champions impressed in their FA Cup win against West Ham and now return to league action with a game-in-hand over City who sit six points ahead of Erik ten Hag's side.
Surprisingly, it is Liverpool who go into this match as the favourites - albeit slightly - at 11/8 with Betfred while United are 7/4 and a draw is 13/5. The visitors have not won at Anfield in their last six league visits since a 1-0 back in January 2016 which is their longest winless streak at Liverpool's home ground since 1979.
Jurgen Klopp will be pleased to see his Liverpool improve greatly in form as other results went their way favourably in recent weeks as they climbed from 10th to sixth in the Premier League table after picking up three wins in their last five outings. They still sit six points off of the Champions League spots but the momentum is with them and a win here will certainly put them in the right position for a top four finish.
