Liverpool have been tipped to pursue Feyenoord star Orkun Kokcu in the summer as Jurgen Klopp's pursuit for a new midfielder continues.
The Reds are known to have pulled out of the race to land Borussia Dortmund star Jude Bellingham, with Mason Mount and Ryan Gravenberch touted as two potential alternative options.
But it is Feyenoord star and long-term Arsenal target Orkun Kokcu who has attracted the attention of one former PSV and Ajax coach, with the Turkish international touted as the ideal fit for the Reds midfield dynamic.

Kokcu has impressed during the course of the 22/23 campaign and has scored 12 goals whilst laying on a further four assists across 41 appearances in all competitions. His side is currently embroiled in a title race with Ajax at present.
Aad de Mos, who spent time with Ajax from 1982-1985 recently told the Twee Viertje podcast that Liverpool could present the perfect opportunity for Kokcu come the summer transfer window.
“I think Lazio Rome and Roma, AC Milan and Tottenham, those are teams that could definitely fit,” he began.''If it’s a coach who wants to play attacking football and wants to play good football, then possibly, because it’s all grafted on young players. If Gravenberch can play at Liverpool, and Gakpo, he can also play at Liverpool.”
“I think he should look at a club that really suits him. He shouldn’t make the mistake of going to Bayern Munich because of course it’s a hierarchy that determines who plays and who doesn’t, and also determines whether a coach is good enough.
“You’ve seen that now with Nagelsmann and Tuchel, the situation. He has to look at a team where the coach really wants him, then I think it’s mainly with Liverpool.”
