Liverpool have agreed to hold talks with supporters groups regarding their policy of European ticket collection.
The club announced earlier this week that they planned to continue with the current policy that sees fans collect their tickets for a European away-day in the country of the fixture.
A Tweet from the account @lfchelp said: "Ahead of today’s Champions League draw, we would like to remind fans that we will continue with ticket collections for all European away games. A fan forum is planned tomorrow to shape this process and we will provide full details on the ticket selling notice for each game."

But the announcement was met with widespread derision as individual fans and supporters groups questioned the policy. Those included Spirit of Shankly, who tweeted: "We haven’t been consulted on this and oppose ticket collections in Europe - not a great start a week after the Supporters Board was announced - this decision needs to be reversed!"
And now just a few days later, the club look to have listened to predominantly negative response, with Spirit of Shankly now confirming that discussions will take place.
Their account tweeted: “Pleased to announce following representation from SOS, Supporters Board and other elected fan reps, LFC have agreed to hold discussions over European ticket collection. These will take place as soon as possible.”
Liverpool’s Champions League fixtures were confirmed earlier today following the draw on Thursday. The Reds were drawn in Group A alongside Ajax, Napoli and Rangers.
